Tried their truffle latte and was pleasantly surprised by it! Truffle flavor was subtle.Very extensive and fun menu to look at, baristas were very friendly too!There were plenty of parking as well.
Stopped in while we were downtown to check out the coffee shop. They have a lot of unique specialty drinks, which is fun, but overall the experience was just okay. The drinks were on the pricey side, and nothing stood out enough for me to feel like it’s a spot I’d go back to.
Looks like a Harry Potter themed coffee shop. Great ambiance and staff are really friendly and helpful. Coffee and food are tasty and come beautifully presented. Would recommend.
Wow. From the moment you arrive, this place captures your imagination and senses. The smells of butterscotch and bourbon mingle with the aromatic beans and fresh food welcoming you.The staff was excited to offer recommendations and samples of unique items (butter brew, bourbon coffee) to ensure a good fit.The chai is arguably the best I ever had (smooth not spicy, if that's your thing) and the waffle with bourbon syrup was... legendary.We'll be back, a lot.
Such a great little coffee shop! Super friendly people and really tasty coffee. I tried the pumpkin country and it was delicious! Also loved the cute bathroom and cozy decor.
Had an absolutely delicious iced latte with house made blueberry puree. Espresso was smooth and did not taste acidic or overpowering. What I loved the most is that they have house made syrups and sauce options, that’s my new thing. I’m so over the artificial flavorings at coffee shops. I’m pretty sure my barista’s name was Edvan, she answered SO many of my questions and genuinely seemed to care about her craft. The inside was beautifully decorated with a natural wood theme. The patio was lovely as well, with a lot of trees, there was a little noise from the road though.
i honestly wanted to like it but i don’t think i’ll be coming back. they have a extremely overwhelming menu even the cashier said “i know it’s pretty overwhelming right?” i settled for the bourbon vanilla latte ( i figured that was a safe option) but it was milky and bland i didn’t get any sort of vanilla or coffee taste. it just tasted off i couldn’t pinpoint the exact flavor but it definitely didn’t taste good. sadly a coffee went to waste being as i couldn’t even bring myself to drink it :(
The Ube waffles and coffee drinks we got were so good!! The Harry Potter theme was incredibly executed. 10/10 recommend and will be back!
I'm always on the hunt for a new coffee shop. I stumbled upon Coffee Builders while in Phoenix, and glad that I did. The pour over was amazing. The service was great. I could tell that they knew coffee and cared about impeccable service when they asked me my ratio preference. The vibe of the café was on point too. For me, the proximity makes it an ideal stop when coming and going to the airport. Definitely on my "must stop" every time I am in town.
